Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Because "Alert is not income" offers a free trial (5 free uploads) to test the service before paying, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once a subscription plan has been activated.

2. Technical Issues

If the service is technically unavailable or the AI fails to process valid images due to a system error on our end for a prolonged period (over 48 hours), you may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
