Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. By subscribing to Alert Is Not Income, you agree to the terms below.
1. Free Trial & Acceptance
We provide every user with 5 Free Uploads to test the accuracy, speed, and utility of our AI Vault before paying. By upgrading to a paid plan (Starter, Personal, Business, or Executive), you acknowledge that you have tested the service and are satisfied with its performance.
Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a payment is processed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.
2. No Refunds for Partial Use
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused time.
3. Technical Issues Exception
In the rare event that the service is technically unavailable or the AI fails to process valid images due to a verified system error on our end for a prolonged period (exceeding 48 continuous hours), you may be eligible for a service credit or extension. This is determined at our sole discretion.
This exception does NOT apply to:
- User error (e.g., uploading blurry images).
- Internet connectivity issues on your end.
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank for a valid subscription payment is a violation of these terms. If you initiate a chargeback, your account will be permanently banned, and your data may be deleted immediately. We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to financial bureaus.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your auto-renewal at any time via the "My Vault" dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current cycle.
